Steak BBQ Pack for Two

All the food you need for a barbecue for two. Take it to a beach barbecue for lunch or dinner, or cook it at your guesthouse. Grill the steaks hot, rest them under a disc of garlic and herb butter, and serve with two salads.

What's inside

• 2 rump steaks
• Garlic and herb butter discs
• Salad Combo - Potato salad: baby salad potatoes, baby capers, spring onion and parsley in mayonnaise & Garden salad: with Green Goddess dressing on the side
• Cooking oil in a jar
• Fire starter pack (newspaper, matches, firelighters)
• thermal insulated tote bag.

Steaks serve 2. The salads feed 2–3.

To cook: Bring the steaks to room temperature, oil them lightly and grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes a side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes with a butter disc on top.
