DELIVERY POLICY

Little Howe delivers to addresses on Lord Howe Island only. Merch is shipped Australia-wide and to select international destinations.

All food orders are delivered to your accommodation or nominated address on the island. We do not ship food products off-island.

Delivery times will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule, but delivery windows may be affected by island supply conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

PRE-ARRIVAL ORDERS

Pre-arrival food orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days before your arrival date. Orders placed inside this window cannot be guaranteed and will be assessed at our discretion.

Please ensure your name is the name for the accomodation Booking Name; accommodation name & address, arrival date, Flight number are correct at the time of ordering. Little Howe is not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect information provided.
