Mushroom & Lentil Bolognese (frozen) 500g

Everything a great bolognese should be — minus the meat. Australian French-style green lentils and mushrooms cooked long and slow in crushed sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, garlic, onion, red wine, carrot and basil. The only thing you need to do is cook the pasta al dente — or serve over a baked sweet potato.

Serves 1-2 (250g) or 3-4 (500g). Best served with pasta — not included.
