Keralan Coconut Prawn Curry (frozen)

A South Indian curry of tiger prawn in a masala of Kashmiri chilli, ginger, garlic, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper and fresh grated coconut, blended with coconut milk. Simmered with onion, tomato and tamarind, finished with curry leaves.
