Chicken & Coconut Yellow Curry (frozen) 500g

A golden, fragrant yellow curry of tender chicken and potato in a creamy coconut sauce. Slow-cooked with turmeric, lemongrass, galangal, chilli, makrut lime leaf and warm spices. Gently spiced and deeply satisfying. The only thing you need to do is cook the rice.

Serves 1 (250g) or 2 (500g). Best served with steamed rice
