Braised Chicken Panang Curry with Bamboo Shoots (frozen)

A spicy Panang curry of tender chicken, bamboo shoots and red capsicum in a rich coconut cream sauce fragrant with dried red chilli, lemongrass, galangal and makrut lime leaf. Warming, complex and completely satisfying. 

INGREDIENTS: Australian olive oil, chicken thigh fillets, red capsicum, makrut lime leaves, bamboo shoots, coconut cream, chicken stock, sugar, lemongrass, garlic, salt, dried & fresh red chilli, galangal, coriander seed, SHRIMP paste, salt, cumin, citrus peel, tapioca starch, dark soy, fish sauce.

Serves 1 (300g) or 2 (580g). Best served with steamed rice
