Braised Chicken Panang Curry with Bamboo Shoots (frozen) 500g

A spicy Panang curry of tender chicken, bamboo shoots and red capsicum in a rich coconut cream sauce fragrant with dried red chilli, lemongrass, galangal and makrut lime leaf. Warming, complex and completely satisfying. The only thing you need to do is cook the rice.

Serves 1 (250g) or 2 (500g). Best served with steamed rice
