Slow-cooked Beef Massaman Curry (frozen)

Cooked long and slow, Australian beef chuck steak with potato and roasted peanuts in a rich coconut cream sauce of fresh chilli, lemongrass, galangal, makrut lime leaves and warm spices. Deeply flavoured, mildly spiced and completely satisfying. The only thing you need to do is cook the rice.

Serves 1 (250g) or 2 (500g). Best served with steamed rice — not included.
