A single trimmed rump steak, 270–300 g. Rump has a firm texture and plenty of beefy flavour, and it suits a hot bbq or a heavy pan. Order one on its own, or add it to a BBQ pack for an extra serve.
To cook: Bring to room temperature, oil lightly and bbq over high heat for 3–4 minutes a side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Keep refrigerated.
